ZooKidz Academy offer a range of courses designed to build confidence, encourage curiosity in the Film, TV and Modelling industries and improve creative skills, with a guarantee of fun to be had by all involved! Our courses are taught by industry professionals who specialise in working with children. ZooKidz training is a great confidence booster and one giant leap toward fulfilling those dreams of becoming a SUPERSTAR!

Introduction to Film & TV (6 weeks) Introduction to Film & TV gives kidz the chance to jump in front of the camera and experience first hand what it’s like to be the star of their very own TV commercial! They’ll learn handy audition tips, including presentation skills, public speaking, improvisation, mime and much more. This course is perfect for any kid who loves to hear “Lights, Camera, Action!”
Advanced Acting for Screen (10 weeks) For kidz who are ready to get serious about acting. ZooKidz offer a 10 week advanced course for students aged 10 – 14. With topics including improvisation, on camera technique, movie extra training, audition tips and much more, our kidz will be filled to the brim with the skills needed to tackle the industry head on!
ZooModelz Grooming & Deportment (6 weeks) ZooModelz Grooming & Deportment is an introductory course designed for kidz interested in learning how to become Australia’s next top model! To be a great model you need to be confident, positive, healthy and passionate. Our experienced tutors will guide students through grooming and deportment, basic catwalk, hair and make-up and routine choreography. Perfect for kidz wanting that extra confidence boost! Smile!
ZooModelz Advanced Catwalk Course (10 weeks) This course is designed for ZooKidz who have a burning desire to strut their stuff on the runway and grace those glossy pages… With a focus on refining catwalk technique the course will also teach students the importance of accessory usage, catwalk energy and personality, photographic technique and heaps more. Go on, reach for the stars! ZooKidz Academy also offer selected school holiday workshops in specialty areas. Well, we’ve wrapped 2007 with our kidz working hectically on Film, TV Series, TV Commercials and Photographic Works. We are very proud of all our kidz who had auditions and bookings this year, and 2008 is already looking very busy!
